Anupam Kher’s enthusiasm for fitness is no news to us. He is 67 but nothing stops him from achieving his fitness goals. However, hitting the gym needs some motivation. And, this is what Anupam Kher has talked about in his latest Instagram post. What’s more? His advice has a Baahubali connection that we are going to love. The actor posted a video where he is walking past the exercise equipment in a gym. As he walks with his chin up, we hear the song Jiyo Re Baahubali playing along with the video. The clip also has “Self-Inspiring Song” written on it. The caption added more meaning to the post. Anupam Kher wrote, “The only way to continue working on your physical self every single day is to find different paths of inspiration. Sometimes it is the mirror you look into and sometimes it can be a song.” His hashtag read, “Year of the body.”
Anupam Kher keeps updating us with his workout posts. A slo-mo video, on his timeline, shows him heaving and panting during the strenuous exercise but that did not make Anupam Kher give up on his fitness goals. Take a look at his workout video:
Despite a recent ligament tear, Anupam Kher finds different ways to inspire people to work towards their fitness goals. Once, he posted a “before and after” photo comparison. On one side we see his former self and on the other is his present fit self. The caption read, “Your desire to change must be greater than your desire to stay the same. Being fit doesn’t begin in the gym with a dumbbell; it starts with a decision in your head! Today is a good day to take that decision.”
In fact, Anupam Kher’s passion for fitness and workout has won him praises from Suniel Shetty and Jackie Shroff. On the actor’s 67th birthday, he received these notes of shoutout.
